Ad, doğum tarihi, e-posta, telefon, konum, kişi listesi, reklam kimliği ve benzeri hiçbir tanımlayıcı toplanmaz. Uygulamanın kullanıcı hesabı yoktur.
Dersin dördüncü adımında ("Söyle") çocuk mikrofona okur. Mikrofon izni yalnızca bu adım için istenir ve reddedilirse uygulama çalışmaya devam eder, adım atlanır.
Okunan kelimenin tanınması için cihazın kendi konuşma tanıma servisi kullanılır (iOS'ta Apple Speech, Android'de Google konuşma tanıma). Bu işlem cihaz üreticisinin altyapısıyla gerçekleşir ve onların gizlilik koşullarına tabidir. Filiz tanıma sonucunu yalnızca "kaç Türkçe kelime söylendi" sayısını güncellemek için kullanır; hiçbir yere göndermez.
Hayır. Çocuğun derste yaptığı kayıtlar cihazın kendi deposunda kalır ve hiçbir sunucuya yüklenmez. Kayıtlar çocuğun arşivinde birikir; uygulama içinden dinlenir. Uygulamayı silmek bu kayıtları da siler.
Filiz 5–14 yaş çocuklar için tasarlandı ama kurulumu ve ödemeyi ebeveyn yapar. Uygulamada davranışsal reklam, üçüncü taraf reklam ağı, sosyal özellik, yorum ve liderlik tablosu yoktur. Ebeveyn paneline girişte, küçük çocuğun geçemeyeceği bir soru sorulur.
Çocuktan kişisel veri toplanmadığı için COPPA ve GDPR'ın çocuklara ilişkin hükümleri kapsamında paylaşılacak bir veri de oluşmaz.
Günlük hatırlatma varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Ebeveyn açarsa günde en fazla bir bildirim gönderilir ve saatini kendisi seçer. Bildirimler cihazda üretilir; bunun için sunucuya veri gönderilmez.
Veriler cihazda tutulduğu için uygulamayı silmek tüm verileri siler: ilerleme, istatistikler ve ses kayıtları dahil. Uygulama içindeki ebeveyn panelinden de sıfırlama yapılabilir.

No surname, date of birth, email, phone number, location, contacts or advertising identifier is collected. The app has no user accounts.
In the fourth step of a lesson ("Say it") the child reads aloud. Microphone permission is requested only for that step; if it is denied the app keeps working and the step is skipped.
Recognition uses the device's own speech service (Apple Speech on iOS, Google speech recognition on Android), which is subject to those providers' privacy terms. Filiz uses the result only to update the count of Turkish words spoken, and sends it nowhere.
No. Recordings made during lessons stay in the device's own storage and are never uploaded to any server. They collect in the child's archive and are played back inside the app. Deleting the app deletes them too.
Filiz is designed for children aged 5–14, but setup and payment are done by a parent. There is no behavioural advertising, no third-party ad network, no social features, comments or leaderboards. Entering the parent panel requires answering a question a young child cannot pass.
The daily reminder is off by default. If a parent turns it on, at most one notification per day is sent, at a time they choose. Notifications are generated on the device; no data is sent to a server for them.
Because data is kept on the device, deleting the app deletes everything: progress, statistics and voice recordings. A reset is also available inside the parent panel. Questions: info@procontentlabbe.com.
If you live in the European Union you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Because Filiz keeps data on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly in the app. You may also contact us, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
If this policy changes, the date on this page is updated. If the categories of data collected ever expand, the change will also be announced inside the app.
